It has been a while since I have done a Friday Funny. The recent Trash the dress, opened up the opportunity, I could not turn down. I did have an excellent time on this shoot. Let’s face it… Trash the Dress shoots are just a lot of fun. Centaurs, according to Greek mythology, were said to be the offspring of Ixion, son of Ares, and a cloud. These strange creatures had the head arms and chest of a man but the legs and lower half of a horse. In later myths and stories they sometimes had horns, wings or both. Back to Greek mythology, these Man-Horse beasts lived in Thessaly, fed on meat and were given to riotous revelries. They came to symbolize the dark, unruly forces of nature. They were usually depicted as drunken followers of Dionysus, except for Cheiron who was the tutor to several heroes..
While not funny at the time, it is funny now. Yes, it is true; the same girl who trashed her dress just weeks after her wedding had her dress trashed by her pooch just ours before here wedding.

And there it is on the scene, after the altercation. Thankfully Mother of the Bride knew what she was doing and saved the day. So wore her dress and while it may not have smelled the best, it looked beautiful. I will post more of So and Jeff’s photos later.
